Welcome to the NV Women in STEM Ambassador program, an exciting initiative aimed at fostering the next wave of young women in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). As we strive to close the gender gap in these critical disciplines, we’re reaching out to high school and elementary students (7th grade and up) who have a passion for STEM and wish to become catalysts for change within their communities.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed students who want to inspire their peers and younger generations to explore STEM subjects. As an NV Women in STEM Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Represent NV Women in STEM at school and community events
  • Collaborate with mentors and speakers from STEM fields
  • Participate in workshops, training sessions, and webinars
  • Build a strong STEM-focused community within your school

The Impact You’ll Make:

  • Leadership Skills: Develop leadership qualities as you spearhead STEM activities and engage in community outreach.
  • Network: Gain access to a broad network of professionals, mentors, and like-minded students to help you on your STEM journey.
  • Empowerment: By being an Ambassador, you empower not just yourself but also encourage other young women to consider opportunities in STEM fields.

If you’re eager to make a difference and inspire the next generation of STEM professionals, we invite you to fill out this contact form to become an NV Women in STEM Ambassador. Together, we can change the narrative around women in STEM and build a future filled with possibility and equality.
