Our vision is to unite with femininity, resilience, and unyielding ambition: to embed a Women in STEM Ambassador in every elementary and high school across the Silver State. But we’re not just filling spaces; We’re not just another STEM organization; we’re a sisterhood devoted to reimagining what it means to be a woman in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, especially in a state where educational landscapes need it most.

Our ambitious vision is to place Women in STEM ambassadors across every Nevada elementary and high school. We’re also in the works to kick off a podcast highlighting the incredible women leaders in STEM in Nevada.

With our youngest girls, we’re challenging the status quo right where the future starts. We’re cultivating a new landscape in Nevada through ongoing mentorship, networking opportunities, spirited collaboration, and soul-stirring inspiration. One where the women and girls who dream today are the innovators and leaders of tomorrow. Together, we are dismantling stereotypes and breaking through concrete ceilings to create a space where gender doesn’t limit potential—it amplifies it.
